About the role:
After our machines are delivered, your work really begins. You make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that the customer feels heard.

Responsibilities:

• You contact customers after delivery, gather feedback, and monitor customer satisfaction.

• You ensure documentation and parts packages are delivered on time and complete along with the machines.

• You support the handling of complaints and claims quickly, professionally, and with a solution focused approach.

• You coordinate the sale of our parts and spot upsell opportunities where possible.

• You keep everything well documented in our systems and work closely with the service and sales departments.

• You think along about process improvements and identify opportunities to strengthen our aftersales even further.

What you bring:

• A technical background (education or work experience), for example in mechanical engineering, engineering, or mechatronics.

• You communicate clearly and professionally, in both Dutch and English.

• You are customer focused, but never lose sight of the bigger process.

• You have an affinity for technology, service, and commercial opportunities.

• You work in a structured way, think in terms of solutions, and enjoy variety.

• Experience in aftersales or with parts management is a plus.
